Rehoboth Beeetch trip

So.. since Kaitlin is bugging the shit out of me to write one of these I guess I will.

It's been a long time since I put in my last entry.. maybe this will give me a little bit of incentive to get back into the grove of things here and actually do some work.


So Sunday I said my thousand goodbyes to Kaitlin and came back home. We left Monday afternoonish only to get into Delaware around 5/6ish..

On the way up here however my dad apparently left his credit card at:

CHZBRGR IN PARADICE.

Which we realized later that night I guess? (Things are already starting to become a blur.. that's what I get for not writing shit down earlier I guess.)

Anyhow, Tuesday.. I guess we went down to the beach to torch ourselves for a few hours. I went into the water for a little with Diglet. He was popping his head out of the DIRTy water instead of just the DIRTy ground *shrug That and I got some 14 year old girl asking how old me and Diglet were.. I guess she mistook me for someone more her age, she was shocked to find out Diglet was closer to her age, haha

Anyhow, after that we went and got GROTTO PIZZA. Not bad, but my stomach has felt like shit about this whole trip, so I haven't enjoyed the meals / the trip in general as much as I would have liked to..

Well Wednesday/yesterday we went down to the beach again. *shudders (to bake in the sun once more) I escaped after a few minutes to walk down the beach 2 miles each way. It was a decent walk, showed me how much I haven't actually gotten out and walked more than I really needed to lately. Ahh, the joys of getting a license and becoming even lazier!

After not getting ahold of Kaitlin right away *PANIC* I talked to Evelyn for a while to kill some time since it took me an hour and a half to go up and back and I could only talk to myself for so long. I guess I came to the conclusion that she believes its easier to climb hills than walk up stairs and that I'm staying at a gay beach (proven later tonight around the restaurants tonight, Gay men = flamboyant black women.) I hung up with her and called Kaitlin back.

Anyhow, after getting ahold of Kaitlin and talking to her for a little while my phone was dying (what's new) and I was heading back to where ma familia was. From there we went out to get cleaned up, eat again (and again, and again..) and then hit the outlets 20 minutes before they closed..


Today we got up, didn't go to the beach (wowweeee) but instead went out shopping. I went around and resolved that there were better deals at our mall.. Oh, I guess we hit some outlets Tuesday, maybe? I can't remember.. but maybe it was Wednesday after we got back and got changed before we ate.. yeah, that was it. (blurrrrr)

Anyhow, I got, ready for this? 6 pack of socks ($7, great deal dad!) 1 PAIR of Hollister boxers ($4.90)..

No, seriously, that's it.. Vans, Converse, American Eagle, Gap, Pac Sun.. all a bust. Okay, Eagle wasn't too bad.. but when there's a line 10 deep for the changing rooms and 20 deep (to the back of the store and then turned along the wall) just to check out.. I'll get $15 jeans on clearance at our AE :/

Anyhow, besides a good meal last night at Nage (nice modern 'deco styled restaurant) and such the trip hasn't been bad.. I'm just home(Kaitlin)-sick basically and really just want to go back and rest..


Get home tomorrow night late, wake up Saturday and pickup my carparts (for my goose-car), get my car inspected that day and go see Kai-Kai. (Pay-Pay's gotta see his Kai-Kai!)

Then Sunday is the camel-gawd's day to rest.. (or shop for his mami). Followed by Mom's birthday Monday + getting my apartment contract read & key pocketed at 2pm. That's the 10th, then move in Wednesday the 12th.. and school starts the 17th :(

I still have to change my major, PRONTO! Eeeek, this is coming down to the wire.. stay tuned O.o

I swear, this summer is the most boring one I've had yet.. Luckily I'm able to cut my hours back just slightly so I can enjoy it a little bit more here.. but still.

Well Tuesday I went over to the shop to mess around with the Cadillac, pull stuff off the MR2 and whatnot. But that basically ended up with messing with the Cadillac for a few and then talking to Ben's friend Cody about this Corvette he just bought. It's a piece, but for $1500 I would have gotten it :P

But after that I went out to see Kaitlin and had an amazing night. She surprised me with her room lit up with small candles and a table of some adorable hors d'oeuvres. Strawberries, marshmallows and chocolate fondue <3333



After that the night was fun. Just acting like small children and plenty of other stuff going on. I probably made it terrible for her, but I loved every minute of it :]


Puppy's getting big lately, I'll have to get a picture of her sometime..

Ugh, I need something exciting to happen so I can actually make a post.. I guess I'll just submit this one as is. I just wanted to express my happiness about the other night if nothing else :]

Summer, SO EXCITE?... no.

So when did I update this last? Ugh, almost a week ago..

Well, what's new? I've worked basically every day since then, then I have one day off (This Thursday) and go back to work Friday.. but then after that it lets off a little. Great joy!

I can't complain too much, work is easy but gets boring. But again, I need teh moniezzz.



So besides that what's been new.. I was able to drive my car to Kaitlin's house the other day. That was an odd feeling as I haven't actually gotten it back on the road for more than a half mile at a time in almost 2 years. It's kind of gratifying after all the work I've put into the thing.. I'm looking forward to putting it back and getting rid of the truck *crosses fingers




But between visiting Kaitlin that day and again tonight I've just felt so much better. This summer has just tired me out, between working at Weis and down at the shop I've been passing out relatively early every night. So it's just so nice to be able to lay down with her or do something easy and fun that I can just kick back and relax.

On that note, I think as soon as I get my car back I need to go up into the mountains again. So peaceful and perfect lighting up there, it would be fun, yesyes :]



I really don't know what else to say.. VW Beetle is here now, looks pretty decent. Still want to drive my car I think though for now..but its here if I change my mind or if I want to change cars I suppose?

Um.. had ice cream with Kaitlin today, saw rediculous van, went to play mini golf.. Did not play mini golf, went to park where we got stalked by WAREWOLFS... went home and stood in the tub oggling at Kaitlin's beautiful tan. Went for Pizza Hut, ate Pizza Hut while watching rediculous television.. Got bored with all of that and laid in bed for a while and such....

Too tired, can' think of anything else, will post again soon! :O

Boring summer thusfar..

Went to see Kaitlin after work Sunday night. Fun night, cuddling, random fun conversations and whatnot.. overall a great time. I really needed this and things with her have been getting better and better lately.

Last night my dad calls me telling me to look at yet another car on eBay. As with most of them we throw a few bids at it just out of curiosity/half hope. Except this time, we've bought yet another one.. And I was really looking forward to getting mine on the road and buying its twin as another project, hahaha.



So now in the next week he should be going out to pick it up and tow it back home. 1973 VW SuperBeetle. Should be fun, with the original intentions of taking the drivetrain and wheels off of this for our Porsche kit car down the road and returning this one to relatively stock.


Also looking forward to finding a place up in Williamsport to live for next year. Mom seems to have found one in a decent location for a comparable price. I like it from what I've seen, so...*crosses fingers


Bleh.. so tired lately, summer has been boring for the most part. Besides some highlights here and there and hanging out with Kaitlin and whatnot there hasn't been much to speak of just yet..


Not really much else to say, so I guess I'll end it here for now.

First post..

So I figured I'd finally make a post here since I've been meaning to kind of keep track of my day to day and whatnot. Now that Kaitlin seems to have made an account I figure I should keep up or get out :P

I've been lucky enough to see her every day this week. Hanging out with her has been pure bliss, I'm in the best mood I've been in for the past I don't know how many months.


In other news, I've been busy working at Weis between 20 and 30 some hours a week. Which in a way is a pain and annoying/boring.. but yet again, its easy money in my pocket. I could use it too because it looks like I'm going to throw some more money in my car and hopefully put it back on the road here relatively soon.. *crosses fingers




I've been putting mad hours into the thing....okay, so I stretched that a bit. I've been down at the shop a lot pulling parts off the MR2, throwing stuff back on the Corolla...but mainly just screwing around haha. I'm pretty psyched for it though, I miss being low to the ground, getting good gas mileage and just overall having a rear wheel drive coupe.





I really am glad I've gotten to see Kaitlin as much as I have lately. Things are going so well and in the end, I'm just having fun and enjoying myself.



That's about it for now.. I'm going to mess around a little with the design here and make it look a little decent. After that maybe I'll give some meaningful posts.. until next time.
